Brewster Cottages has five rental properties located in Brewster, Massachusetts. All are close to Brewster beaches, shopping and sightseeing.

We have one year-round rental – an outstanding old sea captain’s house with all modern conveniences, the Elisha Howland Salt Box – two three-season rentals with two bedrooms each, and two summer-only rentals.

The town’s Grist Mill and Stony Brook herring run are within a short and lovely walk from the Elisha Howland Salt Box, and eight minutes drive from Winslow Landing or Barnacle Road.

Paine’s Creek beach, known for its stunning sunsets and great walking flats at low tide, is more or less five minutes away by car from any of our rentals.

Within a 15 minute ride, guests will find three summer theaters, movie theaters, an art museum, a natural history museum, golf courses, bike trails, and numerous shops and restaurants. Supermarkets, local markets and fish markets are all conveniently located. Our Chambers of Commerce can provide a wealth of information if you need it. The Elisha Howland Salt Box’s owner and caretaker, Jane, is always delighted to offer suggestions on the best places to dine and experience the Cape.
